Alpha Patch 4.0.2 has been released onto the PTU environment from the 7th of february 2025 (for evocati only). [1] and from the 11st of february 2025 (for all backers) [2].
The patch has been released onto Live environment on the 28th of february 2025[3].

4.0.2 Release Goals
The 4.0.2 release is highly focused on 3 key points to improve and fix as many top key gameplay issues as possible, improve connectivity/stability, and begin the latest Supply or Die Pyro Event.

- All crew members will now receive an assist and score for kills by other crew members.

Miscellaneous
- A critical issue with maps Bloodshot Ridge & Makers Point has been resolved, both maps have been reactivated in all game modes they were previously available.
- A timer which would pre-maturely end the game (such as a lack of players, or the DNF countdown at the end of a classic race) now has visible UI associated with it.
- Several improvements to matchmaking were implemented, this will be most noticeable at times of high population where previously free instances not as readily available, and it would service players in an inconsistent order.
- Polaris has been removed from Squadron Battle
- Resolved an issue that caused race checkpoint markers to disappear.
