The Vanduul Kingship (UEE Military designation) is the apparent flagships of Vanduul clans. It is a dreadnought, fleet carrier, command and control ship and assault transport combined in a single hull. It is the largest Vanduul ship known to Humanity, roughly equivalent to the UEE's Indefatigable class in tonnage. It is reported to be between 1500–3000 meters long, heavily armored as the same layered system is capable of protecting against an estimated three to four torpedo strikes. Internally, it carries an air wing more impressive than even a Bengal-class carrier: roughly three hundred Scythe fighters.

History

Battle of Orion

A Kingship is known to have attacked Orion. The ship reportedly decimated a military force composed of three destroyers and several frigates in the system who attacked the mammoth vessel. After these events, the Kingship remained in Orion for about a year before moving on from the system with its clan.

Capture of X12 carrier

A Vanduul Kingship, also referred to as X12, has been captured by UEE as it is found dead in space off Garron. Later analysis suggests that the warship suffered a disastrous engine failure which flooded much of the crew quarters with deadly anti-matter radiation and left the survivors unable to follow the standard Vanduul protocol of self-destruct when threatened with capture. A detachment from the 8th UEE Marine Division boarded the ship and was able to subdue the remaining crew with relative ease. Although no Vanduul survived for interrogation, the ship has provided a wealth of potential information about their culture and habits.
