An Quantum Enforcement Device (QED) is a vehicle component that disrupts vehicle from quantum travel. It can contain either or both of these functions:
- Quantum Snare: pulling crafts out of quantum travel and preventing from engaging quantum drive
- Quantum Dampener (QD): preventing the engaging of quantum drives
