Sino (Virgil II) is an uninhabitable smog planet with few worthwhile natural resources. Like Cyrene today, Virgil II's surface is completely blocked by the natural layer of smog. Military reports have noted that the Vanduul pay Sino an especially wide berth, although the reasoning for this is unknown.[1][2]
