Availability
The jacket is not available to purchase in the game or on the Pledge Store. However, it was spotted by a reddit user named MaineJackalope[2] to be lootable from other places in Alpha 3.16.1.
It can be looted from dead bodies during the "URGENT: Boarding in Progress" missions where you have to clear out pirates onboard a hyjacked 890Jump. When trying to sell it in stores (like Casaba) however its value is listed at 0 aUEC.
