The UEES Polaris is a Polaris-class corvette serving in the United Empire of Earth Navy. The first of its class, the Polaris was commissioned on October 9 2946, under the command of Captain Lucia Franco. It and the class were named in honour of Commander Hester Polaris, a heroic naval commander who gave her life in service to the United Empire of Earth during the First Tevarin War.[1]
