Torral Aggregate is the Xi’an weapon manufacturing collective controlled by House Torral. It is a monopoly in Xi’an Empire and it also operates in UEE.[1] In 2947, the company won the bid to produce weapons for the UEE Army shortly after the HuXa legislation.[2]
