Gratia Katsaros was one of the co-founders of Clark Defense Systems (CDS).

Katsaros was a Rhetor University business school graduate and amateur climatologist who worked as a "turf-tech" (terraforming technician) for an unknown terraforming company in the 24th-century. It was this experience that led her and several co-workers to form CDS in 2539.[1]
