The students started the company after gaining popularity from smuggling their homemade brew around Reisse, making it a campus party favorite.[1] The company uses Blue Bilva, a local plum-like fruit for distilling their brandy.[1] The drink is especially popular with the Elite Naval Guard garrison on Persei.[1]
