The legal mission Comm Uplink Offline tasks the player to go to a Comm-Array and reactive it by clicking of the Comm-Array terminal and waiting for it to successfully reactivate. Once the Comm-Array is activated, player has some minutes to leave the Comm-Array area to finish the mission. Failing to leave the area in the alloted time would fail the mission. There is a chance of enemy player encounters.

One thing to keep in mind is taht you should probalby make sure your security measures are up to snuff before going. We're not positive yet what cuased the Array to go down, but we have had reported incidents in the past of outloaws purposefully taking them offline, and more importantly, trying to keep them offline. If you're interested, please let us know and we will provide you with the proper authorization neeeded."
