Quick facts:Devlin Marcus
Devlin Marcus was the Nine Tails lieutenant in charge of securing the Brushwood Platform during the Siege of Orison. Little is known about Devlin's history other then that he was responsible for the deaths of the mining crew he was a part of before joining Nine Tails.[1]
