Quick facts:30000
Code 30000 generally indicates a timeout issue. This error appears when the player loses connection to the game server (e.g. due to a server crash) or times out while attempting to connect.
Server crash
If the server crashes, do not reconnect immediately. Completely close the game and launcher, get up, grab a drink, and step away for about 10 minutes. Allow for a new server to be started and for it to recover the lost entity state.
When you reconnect, if you go to an ASOP terminal and it says "Claim" instead of "Retrieve", do not claim it. Claiming a ship is filing an insurance claim. You will get a new ship delivered to your hangar. If you see "claim" on the terminal, close the game and wait another 5-10 minutes. If you see "retrieve", retrieve your ship like normal and go on about your day.
