Vaughn is the alias of a shadowy individual or group of individuals investigated by authorities in connection to dozens of assassinations. The real identity remains unknown. Vaughn keeps clients and contractors completely separate and deals with both only through spectrum, which has made it extremely difficult for law enforcement to learn the identity of the person(s) behind this broker service.[1]
Missions
Vaughn missions are available in Stanton by opening the Contract manager and switching to the Unverified listing, via the toggle at the top of the screen. It is necessary to complete an introductory mission (A Chance To Impress) before the wider chain of missions become available.
Note that all of Vaughn's missions are unlawful assassinations, and the player will accumulate CrimeStat if the local satellite is still operational when the mission is accomplished. Vaughn's missions pay approximately 11-12% more than their lawful equivalents.
