A claim license entitles the holder to claim ownership of a small section of land on a planet, moon, or asteroid controlled by the UEE[1].
Land is claimed in UEE territory employing a Claim Beacon. A single person or organization can own several land claims, adjacent or otherwise.
Sizes
There are currently two sizes of area that can be claimed with a single Claim Beacon:
- Plot: an area of 4km² (400 hectares)
- Estate: an area of 8 km² (800 hectares, 4 plots)
