While the revolution removed the Messers before the terraforming had completed, the indigenous species were long dead. The new Imperator, Erin Toi, shut down the terraformers and declared the planet a natural habitat/preserve. UEE scientists have since worked to help the planet revert back to its original form.
Terraforming
In 2792, a terraforming Corp began to terraform Garron II, a planet with pre-existing developing life-forms. The inhabitants weren’t star-travellers, just a developing race, which were wiped out by the atmo-processors. The corp vehemently denied that the aliens were capable of conscious thought.

On April 12th 2792, a person or organisation calling themself "Tide" was able to hijack the news and delivered the following message: "Humans of the systems. This is Tide. Pull the veil from your eyes and see. Garron II was a developing world with a vast array of species. We say was because they are no more. The Imperator and his Corp minions terraformed the planet, killing everything to feed their insatiable greed. Pull the veil from your eyes and see for yourself." The message resonated with the public who were already at breaking point, and a coup began that swept across the Empire.Template:RSIref
The Massacre
On 27th April, military and police forces opened fire, killing over two-hundred and thirty peaceful demonstrators on Vale.Template:RSIref
Aftermath
By May 3rd, the revolt that had started on Vale had reached all the way to Earth. The people overthrew Messer XI, ending the reign of the Messers for good.Template:RSIref

OB Heller (Artificial)
A station placed near Garron II, OB Heller houses the scientific teams working to restore the planet, but the station also acts as an ecotourist site to educate and inform people about terraforming, the Fair Chance Act, Humanity's responsibility and the Synthworld.
