Standard Earth Year (SEY): 2544 is best known for Operation Nemesis as part of the First Tevarin War. The operation includes the Battle of Idris IV (2544-09-30) in which Commander Ivar Messer grows to prominence, as well as The Bombing Run (2544-10-11, pictured). Messer capitalizes upon his military successes in 2944 to become High General of the UPE.
On the Xi'an front, the Castra system is discovered and terraforming of the 2nd planet begins immediately for use as a resource cache for the Hadrian system. At this point in time it is not intended as a defensive position.
