Sir,
We have completed our fourth session with ORPHEUS. The team has searched every corner of this guy’s life. If he’s a sleeper agent, it’s a flawless execution. He has maintained his innocence throughout and I’m inclined to clear him and move on to who tapped him.
I’ve forwarded summaries of the data for review.

I’ve reviewed your assessments and the footage of the latest session and I concur. Clear ORPHEUS for the moment and move on to whoever hired him. Double and triple validate any claims ORPHEUS makes; he should not be entirely ruled out as a suspect.

Sir,
Our change in direction with ORPHEUS has yielded slightly problematic results. He keeps recounting details about his incarceration, not answers to the questions we’re asking. Attempts to steer him back on topic only provokes a manic outpouring of anecdotes and explanations about what he saw.
Our consultant seems to think that these are symptomatic of Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, but there is also a theory that they might be conditioned scripts.
We will record these outbursts, but try to steer him back to intended data.

ORPHEUS has been suffering from violent seizures and insomnia. Medical staff have taken prescribed measures and sedated him. As such, our sessions have been infrequent.

Sir,
ORPHEUS seems to have come out of his fugue. He has struggled at times, but we have managed two solid sessions. ORPHEUS has started rebuilding his timeline. He gave us a name: Alex Corso.
Personnel file indicates he’s a low-level fixer based out of Lago in Nexus, had a couple stints in local penal facilities, some connections with syndicates in the area, but nothing major. Family’s clean, got a brother who works for the TDD, vetting him now.
ORPHEUS claims that Corso was the contact who provided him with “a device.” Based on ORPHEUS’ description of the tech, it doesn’t sound like anything a cheap operator like Corso could ever get his hands on. Nothing yet on who provided the system info or hired him originally.
Will pursue and update.

Cut into Corso’s life, but keep it spectral. If he’s connected, I want to know before anyone initiates contact. Remember, we are dealing with professionals.
