The UPES Horizon was a vessel of unknown class that served in the United Planets of Earth Navy. Lieutenant Webber Forbes served in the 12th Fight Squadron on board. In 2544 his recollections of being attacked by Tevarin Talon fighters was recorded. His testimony would later be used by Esperia to promote the sale of their replica Talons.[1]
