Quick facts:Neal Socolovich
Neal Socolovich was a general in the United Nations of Earth during the 25th century. He lead a delegation party that was dispatched immediately after Vernon Tar had encountered the Banu for the first time on June 12 2438. His task was to undo any diplomatic fallout between the two races and open communication.[1]
Following this event, known as First Contact, Socolovich and his delegates negotiated the first interstellar peace and trade treaty.[2]
