The UEES Hannibal is a United Empire of Earth Navy ship of unknown class under the command of Rear Admiral Geoff Ullen. In 2944 the Hannibal witnessed Acheron forces attacking a craft from Dellin close to Charon III. The incident was discussed in an emergency session of the UEE Senate on December 9.[1]
