PicoBall

The Picoball was created first in real life by Jared Huckaby for the Inside Star Citizen 2020 halloween special and then modeled by John Carney during a Star Citizen Live broadcast as a reference to New Babbage's mascot Pico the Penguin.^[1]^[2] The Picoball has since been added to Star Citizen.

According to Jared Huckaby, 9 Picoballs have been hidden within the game,^[3] the first of which was found lying on a bunk in Calhoun Pass Emergency Shelter on January 7, 2022.^[4] On July 4th, 2022 at 2:01 PM JimmySimmer posted on Twitter claiming to be the first to collect all 9 Picoballs.^[5] Later day after being challenged, JimmySimmer replied to his tweet listing the 9 unique Picoball locations.^[6]
