Utopia is a Nine Tails-occupied underground bunker on Crusader's moon Yela. It is designated as a restricted area, and pilots approaching the location will be fired upon by the structure's rooftop turret. The base is located close to Yela's south pole and permanently shrouded in twilight. Equipment inside the bunker suggests it is used as a drug manufacturing and/or processing facility.[1]
