The Anvil Aerospace F7CR-A Hornet Mk II[1] is an experimental carrier-based variant of the F7A Hornet Mk II used by the famous 42nd Squadron. The F7CR-A appears to be a super-maneuverable variant given to only the most elite squadrons in the UEE Navy.

Features

Weapons
The F7CR-A Hornet Mk II maintains a powerful yet slightly smaller loadout of its standard F7A Mk II progenitor, boasting four Size 3 FL-33 Laser Cannons on turrets and two wing mounted Size 3 Mantis Gatling Guns.
Strike Foils
This variant of the Hornet has two inset winglets in the middle of each main wing which improve maneuverability when extended. The main wings also no longer articulate and are fixed to the body of the ship.
Super-maneuverability
The F7CR-A exhibits extreme maneuverability and agility in both strafing and hard turns, outperforming even light fighters of a similar caliber. Rather than the standard single engine design of the Hornet, this variant has two smaller indepdently articulated engines further increasing its maneuverability.
